FFI Assistance

 
The home assistance is a 24/7 support included in your comprehensive home insurance.
 

With only a phone call, it will provide and manage:

  • a service provider in locksmithing, plumbing or electricity further to an accidental dysfunction (excluding moveable assets like appliances) or further to an event covered by the home insurance contract.

    For example, a locksmith can be sent if someone try to enter in your home by breaking down your front door or if a dysfunction of the lock prevents you of entering in your home. An emergency situation can be fastly solved, with a fair cost, and the Assitance service can pay the costs up to 200 euros.

  • Organization and payment of a temporary rehousing in an hotel if your rented home become uninhabitable further to a damage covered by your home insurance contract. 
 
 
The assitance service phone number is available in your customer area soon after your insurance purchase.

 

If you gave us your phone number when you fill up the subscription form, you will receive an SMS containing all needed information. (This SMS will be sent on the day your home rent will begin)

 

This service is not an obligation but we noted that some of our customers may have called independant service providers that were not honests. We recommend you to be cautious and we invit you to read our article about this subject.
