The insurer make a count of the main rooms like the living-room,
dining-room, bedroom, office, verandas and mezzanines of more 9m².
The main rooms of more 40 m² count twice.
Kitchen, water-room, hall and toilets are not taken into account.
Ex: an apartment with 1 living-room + 1 bedroom is :a 2 rooms apartment.
Or an apartment of 1 living-room + 1 dining-room + 1 bedroom is :a 3 rooms
apartment.
