Home page login assistance
If you encounter problems logging in, this is probably to do with your browser’s settings. Your client space does in fact require certain settings to be operational.

If you cannot login:
> Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options.”
> A new window will open. Click on the “Security” tab.
> Adjust the security level to “Medium” using the vertical sliding bar or in the drop-down area.
> Click on the “Apply” button and close the window,


AOL users
> AOL has a special browser which is not compatible with certain connection modes. To access your client area, use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox instead, which are both downloadable for free.
