If you encounter problems logging in, this
is probably to do with your browser’s settings. Your client space does
in fact require certain settings to be operational.
If you cannot login:
> Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options.”
> A new window will open. Click on the “Security” tab.
> Adjust the security level to “Medium” using the vertical
sliding bar or in the drop-down area.
> Click on the “Apply” button and close the window,
AOL users
> AOL has a special browser which is not compatible with certain connection
modes. To access your client area, use
Internet
Explorer or
Mozilla
Firefox instead, which are both downloadable for free.
